3 Bed villa in a good location!

I am an experienced mortgage broker in Australia, organising property purchases and sales every day, but when buying/selling in Bali, forget everything you’ve learnt in your own country. You need an extremely experienced Real Estate agent that you can trust.   Thankfully I found Bali Cool Property, I have dealt with them for a few years now and trust them explicitly.  They have assisted me purchase two villas, then also sell a villa during a pandemic.  I honestly did not expect to sell during this terrible time, but Bali Cool Property sold the property within a few weeks.  I can’t thank Ketut (Jeff)  & his wife enough for their professionalism with a personal touch.   Regards Jenny Johnson

Buying and selling a house in Bali in normal times, Bali is a road filled with potholes. Trying to sell a house in Bali during a pandemic is a minefield filled with potholes. So, to be successful, you need a good agent. Fortunately, for me, I had one in Bali Cool Property.
