Bali Cool Property is not only a great real estate agency but more importantly they are a team of wonderful beings. Ketut, and the team, are all intelligent, talented, kind-hearted people that will go extra miles to help you. They did not only help us find our Bali home but connected with us in a very special way. One year and three months and counting, everything is going smooth and well in the villa they found for us. They have a wide selection of villas but we prefer the Bukit area because my husband loves to surf and we love the beach so the location is perfect, proximal to world-class surfing spots such as Uluwatu, Padang Padang, Bingin, and so on but also close to international hospital, international school, grocery, shops, bank, and restaurants and more. As expats, having a comfortable place to call "home" away from home is very important for us. This is a part of our life adventure we will forever treasure and we feel grateful to have come across this epic team, the Bali Cool Properties. We feel privileged to be living the dream in the island of Gods, the beautiful paradise called Bali. Thanks again for all your help!

I am an experienced mortgage broker in Australia, organising property purchases and sales every day, but when buying/selling in Bali, forget everything you’ve learnt in your own country. Buying and selling a house in Bali in normal times, Bali is a road filled with potholes. Trying to sell a house in Bali during a pandemic is a minefield filled with potholes. So, to be successful, you need a good agent. Fortunately, for me, I had one in Bali Cool Property. I write to thank you for having so carefully and painstakingly negotiated the minefield and very much gone the extra mile on my behalf. Any Balinese transaction requires patience but in these difficult times several additional doses were required and I am so grateful you were there to help deal with the various trip wires that were thrown in over the last few months. Bali Cool Property arranged a quick and clean sale of our Ungasan Villa in a very difficult market in early March 2020.
